In 1983, John Bloor bought the rights to the Triumph name, and planned a new factory in Hinckley, to re-establish the famous motorcycle brand.
In July 1988, MGA won the contract to design the first of the new Motorcycle range, beginning with the Daytona. Designers Steve Harper & Lawson Swinfield created the 2 alternative proposals, from which the final design was developed.Supporting Files
