Throughout industry models are produced using a wide variety of foam and resin materials.

These materials can be modelled by hand, or increasing they are used to produce final 3D models for design evaluation and as tooling aids.

One of these materials, Ureol is commonly used due to its stability and rigidity, as the most ideal material for creating Master tooling models.

But this is a very expensive material, and so other epoxy resin foams are being increasingly used for CAD-CAM applications.

These can also be used to produce smaller hand made models, using skilled model / pattern-makers.

Once modelled, these models can be primed and painted to a very high standard, and so used for Client presentations, Exhibitions and for final product tooling.

Our portfolio of models produced over the years has included products as diverse as Disability Scooter’s, Flight Simulators, Sports & Concept Cars, Aerodynamic aids, Caravans, Interiors, as well as Racing Cars, Motorcycles and Master Tooling models.
