The Bakrie B97 Prototype running at Leyland Tech Centre - 1997

An essential part of the product development phase is the production of the first prototype. This is used to evaluate the design, engineering, manufacturing and also test the design.

A prototype can be produced in variety of techniques. Whether as a simulation of the final product using SLA/SLS parts, plastic mock-up panels, etc, or even using fully tooled parts, the result needs to represent the final intent as closely as possible.

Our team has, over many years, been responsible for the production of product prototypes which have varied from the inside of a Flying Saucer Flight Simulator, to Show and Concept Cars, as well as Motorcycles, Trucks, Vans and even full running steel prototypes.
